How to Use
Open the box and read the instructions carefully and thoroughly. To heat, remove the cap and place the bottle in the microwave, and heat for ten seconds. You want a temperature range of 94 to 100 F. After heating, reattach the cap and give it a shake, then keep an eye on the temperature strip. Then apply the heating pad to maintain the temperature; this will keep it in the right range for approximately 8 to 10 hours. Tuck it away somewhere hidden and bring it out when it’s time to provide your urine sample. Be careful not to heat over 100 F, as this will ruin the formula and your test with it. Give it another shake just before pouring to create bubbles.
